A Ledger You Can Keep for Years

Most budgeting apps do not survive three months: entry is tedious, or the data ends up locked in someone else's system. We want a ledger you can actually keep - entry as automatic as possible, and a full export whenever you ask.

Get Notified at Launch

Leave your email and we will send one message when the product opens for testing. That is all it is used for.

We will not publish your address or pass it to third parties.

What It Will Do

One View Across Accounts

Bank cards, credit cards, cash and investment accounts side by side, with net worth charted month by month instead of totalled by hand.

Automatic Categorisation

Imported statements are sorted by rule, and a category you correct once is remembered, so it gets easier the longer you use it.

Anomaly Alerts

When a spending category drifts well off its usual range you hear about it then, not when you reconcile at month end.

Your Data Can Leave

Its own database and backup policy, with a complete CSV export on demand. No lock-in of any kind.

About This Product

Is my financial data safe on your servers?

Personal Finance uses a database and backup policy fully isolated from every other product, and its sessions are separate from the main site, so trouble elsewhere cannot reach it. A local export is always available, so a copy of your data stays with you.

Will it sync my bank transactions automatically?

The first version supports statement import (CSV / Excel) and manual entry. Automatic sync depends on each bank's interface and authorisation, so we will assess it once the core need is proven.

Will it cost anything?

We plan a free tier generous enough for everyday personal use, with multi-account and long-range analysis likely in a paid tier. Exact pricing will be published before launch.
